I also was scammed by this company or lack there of. I ordered a rabbit house, indoor outdoor rabbit hutch. It’s been almost 2 months and then today I got a tiny package in the mail from this said company. It most definitely wasn’t the $51.69 rabbit hutch/cage I paid for. Unbelievably, it was a shower cap! Like I paid 51.69 for a shower cap!! I tried calling the phone number and it says the number is disconnected. I’m so upset, how do I get my money back? Can I contact my bank? I don’t know if they could help me. I’m so mad right now. Also I did send the Said company a email. I will say they have responded to me in the past, but I don’t know what’s gonna come of this now. Ughhhh this is frustrating! This should not be allowed too happen to people. 😡

Good luck. They were able to somehow get a Tracking # of a mail piece that they sent to my home and provide this # to PayPal as confirmation of delivery of the products. The USPS tracking # starts in South Carolina and this is a Chinese website. PayPal actually ruled in their favor.
Same thing happened to me with a different company. Paypal ruled in their favor, so when I noticed this was the same deal, I cancelled through Paypal the same day I ordered and they issued a credit to me. Close call, I can't believe people wake up every morning thinking of ways to make a living by stealing from others, but i guess it's the world we live in, so better get ready...

If u used credit card info I would be checking your account. Canceled out that card & get a new one. Hopefully you paid with PayPal. I don't purchase from any company who doesn't accept PayPal. PayPal protects your money. As long as you prove your case PayPal is pretty good at giving you your money back. In The Last 5 Years that I've use PayPal there's been several times where I've had to file a dispute for not receiving my order. Some had been more difficult than others but I have always received my money back.

I placed an order on 1/5/22. Have not recieved a confirmation email. All i recieved was an order number for the payment screen. I have called the number listed. It asks for your name and then google transfers the call. I was just looking for a tracking #. I also emailed and got emails back from my email provider saying they could not find the email address. I’ll give them til the 27th then request a refund.

We ordered a vanity table, great price..should've known. We got a message from USPS saying it was delivered to our mailbox, lol.. a vanity? So we contacted USPS and they said the package was 15 oz, clearly not a vanity plus we never got anything. Disputing through paypal, the charge comes up as Hawkeye Area Down Syndrome Association. So we tried to notify this associate someone is scamming in their name.... SCAM!

Same things other people are saying.....no confirmation email....tried contacting them and it goes to some Google something or other...and a big clue was on one of the screens showing the amount and contact information, it said "Transaction Complate" misspelling complete.....the credit card person we talked to to cancel our cards said it's probably from China as she has been doing disputes all day.....
