      • I also ordered ab item that I was suppose to recieve on 12/17 and still have not recieved it, I was able to find a phone number and will be calling it. Not Happy, they were good about responding to me and then stopped.

  2. sigh…ordered from them on November 29.
    I usually do my research but failed to do enough this time. And it was something my son kept on saying he really wanted. I felt a little better since they use paypal so decided to try.
    I contacted them on Dec 3 via email that was sent in my order confirmation. They stated order was still processing and usually ships 5-15 days.
    I then finally received an email saying it had shipped on Dec 6 and that is when and how I learned it is coming from China!
    I Have not received my item as of today, Dec 17
    I have contacted them several times since to check the status and explaining that I cannot read the tracking that is in Chinese and they do respond every time and come across nice but only with something to the point of “be patient, its been shipped, here’s the tracking” but no translating the tracking history I keep requesting. It appears to have had no movement since Dec 9. 🙁
    I mentioned a refund if I don’t get it soon and the response I got was that once its shipped they cannot refund, I will have to wait till I get it and then return it.

    So either I have been scammed and its never really been sent or its stuck in China and will arrive this summer instead of for Christmas. Either way I’m mad at myself for not checking it out better.

  4. I ordered 2 jackets for my daughter for Christmas and the e-mails I got said they shipped but I never received them. I emailed and called and no response. I am out over $150. I hate companies like this. Next up is a lawsuit

  5. I tried contacting barclient several times and I get no response. I wanted to exchange a jacket I bought my husband for a larger size. There is no address to return or exchange abs the do not return emails at all. Not happy at all!!!

  7. I ordered a product that was advertised as organic cotton flannel. It is 100% polyester print. The worst and ugliest thing I have purchased. I have emailed over and over and no one is responding. lesson learned but I am so mad and out $100.

  8. I ordered 11/27/2021 and have no received my item. It says shipped on the email but no update to tracking. I’ve emailed support four times and have no received a response. Even if I receive my item I DO NOT AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND!

  10. Don’t buy from bat client! I ordered 3 jackets. They refunded me for 2, out of the blue. The one I did receive wasn’t what I ordered. I sent the jacket back and I’m still waiting for a $75 refund. Total scam!

  12. I ordered an 80 dollar jacket. Says it’s shipped but I have yet to receive it. I’ve been trying to get a refund at this point to get him something else for Christmas but despite my numerous emails, I have not received an email back. I do not recommend.

  13. I too fell for their scam and ordered a shirt/jacket from them on Dec 1. I received an email stating my item was shipped. When I clicked on “tracking” purchase noting was noted. As January 11th no package has been received. I checked around and found this and several other sites stating a fraudulent account. I contacted my credit card company and reported the issue and my money will be returned to my account. Don’t let them take your hard earned money folks.

  16. DO NOT BUY.. completely overpriced. Listed at $120 i got for $85 took a month to come and it is the worst quality doesn’t look like the pictures. Size WAY off.. no tag or company label? Weird. I have emailed 5 times to the email for returns and not a single response.

  17. I ordered 2 3xl fleece zip up hoodies on 12/03/2021 the came in on 01/20/2022. The tracking number that they give you comes up as an error. I spent 140.00 and could have went to Walmart and gotten the same quality for 30.00. Customer service is almost non existent. I inquired several times on where my order was and never got an answer. The thread strings were still hanging off of both jackets from the sewing machine. The size was more like an xl not 3xl and the material is cheap scratchy and thin. There is no insulation at all. I am extremely disappointed with this purchase and will never shop there again
