Very concerned abut this site. Yesterday, I tried making a purchase and as soon as I entered payment info and clicked the payment button, the item disappeared from my cart, the information I entered went blank, and there was no confirmation of payment either on the website, or by email confirming my purchase. I contacted their support email, and the response I received was "try after sometimes." No company name, no reference, nothing. This experience did not make me feel comfortable, and I will not be using this site again.

I tried to purchase an item and when I entered all my credit card info, it said error. So I re-entered all the billing info again. Then it said my session timed out! What? I wasn’t even idle on the page. Seems suspicious and now I worry about getting email spam and my credit card being charged for something I didn’t buy
Fake. Ordered - no confirmation email. Tried to call customer service - numbers rings busy constantly. Tried “on line” immediate customer support chat which no one replied. Sent email. Received a reply saying I was credited. My inquiry was “what’s the shipping status/tracking info”.

The same thing happened to me as comment above. Everything went blank. It hasn’t come out of my bank account, but I’m expecting this is going to end up causing me problems. There is no way to contact the company.

I received an email telling me my order was processed incorrectly. And money never ledge my account. I have since ordered again and haven’t heard anything. I will update when and If I hear anything. It’s a shame because I really wanted the products.
