  1. I never received any tracking information for a pair of sandals I ordered from Tinstree. I contacted them after three weeks and told them this. When I go on the website and input the order number and my email, it says the order was “fulfilled”. So, from my perspective, I have been scammed. I will take it up with my bank.

    • Hello Tracy M Montoya, when did you place an order? Did you receive any dispatch date or confirmation mail? Please drop the message, so other buyers can get the exact details of the website. Be alert. Take care. Thanks.

  2. Total scam! First it took about 3 months for anything to arrive, only to realize the shoes I received look NOTHING like they advertised. Shoes are made of cheap and terribly smelling material, I had to put them outside right away to avoid getting a headache. And sizing is completely off as well. I had ordered two pairs and they both were just awful!

    • Hi, just wondering about your refund on the order that you placed. Thanks for informing others and that you have learned with this experience. Many shoppers will also understand such scams and keep reading. Take care.

  3. They advertise shoes in your size, lets you purchase it even, and a week later a robot message pops up that the shoes in your size are all sold out. Then why advertise and let me buy it at the first place? It happed twice already. I find it pretty suspicious, very unethical company, poor customer service. They don’t speak English, so you are literally monkeying around to get a refund, it’s all pre typed messages you receive. Very, very bad company to deal with.
