  • SCAM, do not buy from here!! I bought a few weeks ago and I have has nothing, I've emailed several times and heard nothing back. You are able to track your order which I have been doing, it said order placed for weeks! I then checked again this morning and it says delivered, I have nothing!
    ONE BIG MASSIVE SCAM, definitely learnt my lesson from this!!

  • Ordered in early December - did not recieve a confirmation email or a tracking number. Went on website and put something in basket -this was the only way I could get a response as they emailed to say I 'forgot to pay for item in basket'. I then asked for my reference for previous order. I got completely blanked and have not heard another word since. COMPLETE SCAM!!!

    • We've had a similar problem, with this company. Hubby ordered it for me for Christmas but it never arrived. Emailed loads and always got the same generic response from 'Alice' saying delivery is taking longer than normal. I feel bad as I sent the link from an advert on FaceBook but will never trust anything advertised on there now. The Therawrapoff.com website has also shut down, when I checked this morning. Hubby is currently in contact with the bank to try and get his money back 🤞

  • Same thing happened to me as well ordered in December and no response after that no tracking number sent them several messages no reply from them it’s a big time scam company and Snapchat should ban the advertising from them it’s not fair for the people like us our money are getting wasted I even tried to contact shopify because this website is powered by shopify they told me to contact my bank if they couldn’t refund my money then I’ll let them know if they can help me with my refund so let’s see..

  • A big scam
    I ordered in december wanted to treat myself and still waiting at first replied my first email with "hi i'm Alice don't worry your order is still in progress" and messaged again as i'm moving and i had the same email, and other emails in between after that no response and googled to see what number i can call and i cant even get on the website now . Definitely checking next time
