I purchased a pair of shoes, a pair of loafers and I did receive them. I want to return the shoes and get a refund.
The shoes are at least two (2) sizes too big.
I have written them a email and sent it to the address that is on an email they sent to me.
I don't know what response I will receive I just sent it today.

They are an unethical company,that makes cheap shoes. I ordered some shoes from Sweetth. They came in the wrong size,their fault. They will only reimburse me 40% of the cost,or 100% and I pay shipping back to chine ( around $30. Do not purchase anything from this company!

The shoes I ordered were too large. The site says "Hassle-Free Returns - 30 day postage paid," this is not true. It took numerous emails to get reasonable response and they required a photo of the packaging - why?? I would have to pay shipping to CHINA to return these, so I gave up. I would NEVER purchase from this store again and do not see how to leave google reviews to warn others.

Wanted to return shoes. Not even the pair I ordered. Too big, and they smelled funny. Tried for 2 weeks to send emails for a shipping label to return 2 pairs. No response. So sorry I got scammed!!!

I would suggest that while you may receive an item, itvis either a knock off/counterfeit or not as described. I received a pair of shoes that were allegedly good orthopedic shoes, yet the cheap, very poor quality item that arrived not only did not have the footbed described, it didn't even have an insile. There is no place to write a review on ther site (for good reason as it would be scathing) They said to return the shoes at my expense and they would issue a refund. I am not sinking more money into this scam site. So...conclusion is SCAM

I ordered a pair of shoes and they arrived, but one shoe was larger than the other. It was obvious just by looking at them that the right shoe was much wider than the left. I emailed them with a photograph. They answered that they could offer a 30% refund and I could keep the shoes. I refused. I told them I could not wear the shoes. They said I could get a full refund but would have to pay to send the shoes back. I again refused and they said that my only offer would be a 50% refund. I was very irritated that I lost money and they didn’t stand behind their product. I will never order from this sham of a company again. Live and learn.

Shoes looked to good for the price I have learned the hard way. Would like to know who is making the shoes they show I wouLd say they are $150 to $200 a pair. Cheap is cheap folks. TheChinese love sticking it to us.

They delivered my shoes which didn't fit and are extremely poorly made. I emailed them about their on-line promise of "free returns." It was clear in the email correspondence that they DID NOT WANT ME TO RETURN THE SHOES. Free returns means that I have to pay for shipping the shoes to CHINA and will only get my (purchase price) money back IF they receive these in CHINA. I have to pay for all postage. What a SCAM! this is a great example of a company that lies and does NOT do what it says it will do!

Please do not buy anything from this company! I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. The shoes are extremely poorly made! One pair was too large, the other pair was not even the shoes I ordered! They do not honor the money-back guarantee and do not even provide an address for return until you email them. Once you email, they will try to (in their own word) "negotiate" the refund. They only offered me 30% of what I paid. I am disputing this charge with my credit card company.

I received the shoes- no shipping label or enclosure, no return info. They smell very strongly of glue and are made of plastic "cork- like" material and soles. Definitely run large. I would return them for sure, but after reading the above reviews, I won't bother wasting my time... Do not purchase from them!
