As per sources, due to Odette, signal no. 2 was raised after the weather disturbance shifted from severe storm to typhoon today at 8 am. The PAGASA (The Philippines Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration) said in its recent bulletin that Rai max sustained winds raised to 120 kmph from 110 kmph. And typhoon is expected to intensify further on December 16 evening.
