It’s a total scam. I placed an order with them and requested tracking information, they never responded. I’m glad I used PayPal to pay for my item. I checked my order status and found that they had the same purchase listed three more times with different order numbers. I then did a web search based on their address and found that the address belongs to a different business and the email on myfelt.com is a fake. I contacted the number on the other site and the owner informed me that the contact information for my felt.com is stolen information for her actual store.
