I have been waiting for 4 weeks for 1 item. I have emailed twice with no response as no phone number was provided. When trying to track order, it claims my email address is invalid and can't track yet I received 2 emails from them at the very same email address. I would not buy from them.

There is no one to contact in order to get a refund. I am pissed at the quality of this coat. It was suppose to be a christmas gift for my son- arrived a week after christmas (I ordered beginning of November). It is nothing like the website advertised. And definitley not worth $80! I emailed them with screenshots of what the tracking looked like and asked for help or a refund. No reply still, so I’m frustratingly out $100 from the looks of it.
