PSA or Professional Sports Authenticator is the most trusted and largest third-party trading card grading and authentication company. It is responsible for certifying and authenticating cards and collectibles with cumulative declared ratings and prices. 

However, the company is in the news these days because of a card scam that is going on with the Raw Card Holders.

Marx Cards Scam – What It Is?

Marx Cards is the third-party card submitter and PSA’s authorized dealer. The company’s job is to get the customer’s card prepared for grading and dropping them off at PSA on the collector’s behalf.

PSA charges the grading fees after they grade the card and not on the receipt of the cards. But, Marx Cards are charging the customers upfront for authentication and grading. Now, a scam is reported where it is said that despite Marx having been paid upfront for the orders, they have not paid the PSA fees.
