I got three puzzles. I’m currently doing the first ones. The large ones are tricky and way too hard for kids. The picture to follow is small It did have a couple of broken bits as the cut of the puzzle is so random. Some pieces are fragile. Definitely an adults puzzle. I got an owl a cat and a zodiac one. I’m enjoying the challenge. It took 16days to arrive in New Zealand

Seriously, whatever you do don’t buy these. The image I got on my puzzle was a original Star wars piece and it was very much stolen. This Jeff puzzle plays just took the image that was displayed on their Facebook page of a low quality copy. They then blew it up and stuck it on a shitty puzzle. Please just invest your money in a much better puzzle. Jeff, puzzles is complete bullshit and won’t refund me for my shitty puzzle now. Don’t support companies that still artists, artwork and profit from it.

Soo bought 3 puzzles back in Oct as Christmas gifts. 1 month goes by still no puzzles. So I look up tracking and last scanned was Oct 14.. but it was end of November.. email Jeff puzzle, I did get a response that they were looking into it.
Never heard back with update.
In mean time I email courier uni express to find out what’s happening.. they wrote me back stating my package is lost and to write to Jeff puzzle to get refund. So Dec 19 emailed Jeff puzzle again said investigation was being done and a refund would be issued dec 23. It is now dec 31 still no refund and still no up to date response that refund was issued. Please don’t buy from them! Amazon has same puzzles called unidragon which are great! Little more expensive, but a lot less hassle with actual delivery and better customer service.
I bought one puzzle of a Nico cat for my adult daughter. She loved it! One of the pieces was broken, but the puzzle was high quality wood. I did not find it a scam.
