I have received a letter from ISN about them servicing my mortgage and Novad claiming to be transferring my loan to ISN. I don’t have a reverse mortgage. I contacted my mortgaging company (which is neither company I received letters from) and confirmed they still hold my mortgage loan, they confirmed- yes they still hold my loan. I went online to find an app to pay them through, so it’s all ready and seen this website, thank goodness for y’all!!!! So yes these letters are a scam!

I received a letter from “ISN” indicating that as of Oct. 9, 2021 they will start servicing my mortgage. I have heard nothing from my actual mortgage company, so I would not take any action until I hear from them.
