Ordered an XBox series X on August 14, 2021. they charged my credit care immediately. I have called and loft messages on their online number (1(828)593-6915) which states 24/7 client services and never once received a call back. I emailed them 5 times with the email provided on their website (info@wishelectronics.com), and never received a response. I used their online contact form multiple times, and never received any response. Avoid these basement dwelling imbeciles. Colleague of mine had a single buying experience, which was good and that’s why I tried it. Again, avoid these useless waste of air imbeciles. They are nothing more than rip off artists. Made the mistake once and will never happen again. Credit card has refunded my money and is investigating. Contacted the NY FBI office of this fraudulent site an d was allowed to submit a compaint.

Ordered Xbox Series X on August 10, 2021 for my son who is on the Autism Spectrum. I explained that if it didn’t come quickly he would be very unhappy.
