  1. I bought 2 wreaths. I received them today & it looks like they were bought at a Dollar store. It’s a scam , don’t buy them. I’m going to report to Better Business Bureau. It’s such a rip off, I should have known better.

  2. yes, bought a wreath. I did get A wreath…nothing like the one pictured that I was supposed to get!!! Very fraudulent . The wreath was a green plastic circle with the flowers hot- glued on it. the greenery was plastic, and the wreath measured, maybe 12 inches. Absolutely NOTHING like the picture!!! I was totally scammed. Requested my money back and sending back my $42 wreath, but of course, heard nothing back. I had to laugh out loud when I saw the wreath when I pulled it out of the tiny white package it was crammed in. This piece of plastic junk wreath was a joke. Buyers beware!!!!

I see they have just changed the name from “Bxirt to Hovmeo on Facebook!! Same pictures of happy people with their huge wreaths just a different name.

  4. I bought a wreath from Bxirt.com on Aug. 31, 2021. I received a “wreath’ on Oct. 4, 2021. This place is a SCAM. The wreath I was to receive was a Thanksgiving holiday special on sale for $34.99 It looked beautiful in the photos online. The garbage I received was a 10 inch grapevine with a few autumn colored leaves stuffed into a plastic bag from California. I have sent them 4 emails since I received the garbage they sent me & I still have not received a reply. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE SCAMMERS. I am going to report them to PayPal & request my full refund of $42.98. They have a warehouse in Landrum, SC but the package had a return address from California. It should not take that long to ship from CA to PA. DEFINITELY A SCAM. MY ADVICE IS DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY!

  5. Yes I did in fact buy 2 items from Bxirt.com and it is a TOTAL SCAM!! The photos they show of the wreaths on their website are gorgeous and large and it appears to be well worth the money. However what you get looks like it came from a dollar store. They are tiny, skimpy and very cheap flowers are used. I have written them an email complaining and wanting a full refund and have heard nothing back. Do not buy from this website!!

  6. I bought a wreath and a duck fountain from them. I’m very disappointed with the items. The wreath is small and is cheaply made. I could of bought it at the dollar store. I’m embarrassed to put it up. As for the duck fountain, it is also small. In the description it states that it is solar powered. It is not! It came with some kind of flexible tubbing. These items were shipped from China. I purchased these items because in their Facebook add it stated that the company was closing and that the wreaths were hand made. In the picture it looked beautiful! What a disappointment!

      • Hello Bea Lecesse, many of them expressed they received low quality. It seems scam. So buyers be careful. Take a look if it is good and worthy. Then proceed. The product looks good when you buy, but actually it is different. This is how scam happens. Take care.

  8. Bxirt wreaths are a SCAM!! They post American pictures from other websites. I ordered 2 wreaths for $70. The pictured ones were extremely full, almost 1/2 door size. What I recieved were 2 plastic wreaths the size of desert plates. They “offered” to refund me $7 (10%) for my dissatisfaction!!!! That was only after a month of waiting for a response!

  11. They scammed my wife. We ordered a beautiful wreath and 3 months later after demanding our money back—got a small miniature broken wreath.

This is a total scam and the woman lives in China. That’s why there is a major issue of quality and delivery. The good ole scam.

  15. BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM!!!: I purchased two “Farmhouse” fall wreaths from a company called BXIRT. However, what I received was NOT anything like the photos. It seems like classic bait and switch. The cost of return is not worth the price of the items I received. I contacted the returns and no one answers my request for RA. Total was $69.98. Have photos to back up claims.

  16. Bxirt is a scam. Purchased a wretched on sale for $34.99 and got a cheap plastic dollar store item. It took almost two months. Emailed them about when it shipped and finally got an email back that it was delayed and should ship soon. Finally got it almost 3 months after it was ordered (came from China) I emailed them right away about a return and refund since the product was not what was represented on the website and finally got a response from someone for whom English was not their first language. They offered me a 5% refund of the purchase price. That was a slap in the face because I sent them photos of the item on their website and what was actually sent. I refused and said I wanted a full refund as I had contacted them within the proper time frame. They took a few more weeks to respond and offered a 15% refund because the cost to ship it back would be too expensive for me. I’m tired of dealing with it and learned an expensive lesson.

  18. This company is a total scam! I bought 2 wreaths from BXIRT for $69.98. I bought them at the beginning of September and didn’t receive them until the beginning of November! They were the ugliest two wreaths I have ever seen! They were nothing like what was pictured on the website! Both were tiny, made with cheap plastic & skimpy flowers. The materials were probably worth about five bucks tops! Lesson learned….I used my Visa, which was charged right after this purchase was made, so didn’t even try to get a refund because it was so long ago. I will never buy from a Facebook gain! I hope that no one else will fall for this scam!

  21. Hi, I purchased 2 wreaths in summer. The site shows beautiful handmade wreaths! I didn’t receive until early October. The wreaths were tiny, wrapped and squished in cellophane. Plastic back and 99 cent store wreath . Actually looks like from dollar store. Paid $70 plus shipping and tax. I never opened and return said as long as original package within 180 days. Weeks before an answer. They asked for more info. Told them they’re horrid . Then waited again and asked again. Said they came from supplier (so not handmade). Anyway, still fighting so they offered me 10% to save trouble. I am upset they won’t give full refund😠

    • Hello Anna Lanzisera, feel nervous about such incidents. These are the ways they cheat and earn money from the buyers. They make fraud, offer a bit of a refund, and disappear. Such scammers must be caught and corrective actions to be conducted. Did you again reach them for the remaining refund? Let us know the details. Take care.

  22. I had the same experience as Judy Sheridan, except I haven’t thrown the wreath away yet. I told them I would ship it back and I wanted a refund, they offered me 10 percent. It looks like it was purchased at the Dollar Tree, very shabby work and cheap materials. Very, very unhappy and I want all the bad reviews about their cheap products to be shown to the world. I hope others aren’t duped.

  23. I ordered 2 wreaths from this company and totally got scammed. It took forever to arrive and when they did they were crammed into a tiny bag. The ball on both ornaments were destroyed. Not only that, but, they were tiny wreaths. Not anything like the ones shown in the pictures. Its my own fault for not researching this company before buying. I was totally scammed. Hate that I lost that much money. Please get the word out so no one else goes through this . I noticed that they go by a couple of other names as well.

    • Hello Jacquie, Yes, you said it right. They cheat and send low quality products. Buyers be aware and don’t buy from them. Buyers don’t forget to update your experience. It will help the buyers to be alert. The scammer can offer discounts with different names. Henceforth, check well known portals. Take care.

  24. I have ordered a wreath in September and received a tiny-cheesy-unglued and less that DollarStore-value wreath in the mail about 6 weeks later. Like so may others who posted here I was furious and have subsequently informed my credit card company of this fraudulent website and have written several e-mails to them asking for a refund… BXIRT are offering a 20% discount!!! I offered to send them their junk back if they provided a pre-paid postage slip! What a joke… I guess it’s truly buyers beware as these scams seem to be more and more prevalent these days.

  25. complete scam -rip off. purchased over $100 worth of items and received the quality of $10 plastic Dollar Tree material. If you post anything negative on their website reviews, it is immediately removed. Email correspondence takes days for a response. With my complaint they offer a refund of 10% and then after refusing that they offered 20%., refusing that they offer to send me the address of where i can return it put i have to pay for shipping.
Are there any actions we can take as consumers?
