- The email does not pertain to FedEx customer service, and the website links are unsecured.
- The Phone number is generally for fraudulent agencies who will ask you to verify credit card details used for recent online orders.

- Door Tag gives you an option to redirect your package to local Walgreens or Dollar stores.
