I placed an order with them on the 4th of June. I received a confirmation email within a few moments thanking me for my order and saying that another email would follow with tracking information once it shipped. A couple of days later, I sent an email to the reply email address provided inquiring if they might give me an idea of how long it would take to ship. I heard nothing back. I wasn’t too alarmed at first since I had completed my order via PayPal and they are supposed to be one of the main companies for protecting your online purchases. A few days later I called the contact number provided on the website and never got through, just a constant busy signal. I then googled the website and came across this and other posts saying it was possibly a scam. On the 11th I went on to PayPal and went to the section to report a problem receiving my order. They forwarded my message to the seller. Early on the 14th I received notification from PayPal that the seller had upgraded the case to a claim. I then received notice from PayPal that the seller had provided proof of delivery, and that they (PayPal) therefore had closed the claim in the sellers favor. The proof of delivery they provided was a tracking number from FedEx that showed delivery at 3:40 pm on the 11th. When I opened the link for proof of delivery, it opened a pdf showing the tracking number, the date shipped, type of shipping (24 hour) but no name or address that it was shipped to. I called FedEx and when I gave them the tracking number the seller provided PayPal as proof of delivery, they were able to see it was not a delivery addressed to me or to my address. It was to another name and address entirely. The representative told me to call PayPal again and firmly request to speak to the fraud department and explain what I had just been told, and to initiate a 3 way call between myself, PayPal and Fedex. I did so and the representative at PayPal verified the information with the FedEx employee. The PayPal representative then reopened the case while I was still on the line with her and reversed the outcome in my favor. I have received a refund from PayPal. So yeah, I’d say this website is definitely a scam. I’ve sure learned my lesson.
