  1. We received a T5 but we did not receive the cheque. We have tried to deal with this. The responce is always the same. We have given them acct #. They have enough info to tract it. Also, we are unable to speak to a person due to being on hold for ridiculous lengths of wait times.

    We are unable to do our income tax, either re issue the cheque if there is one or retract the T5 for obvious reasons.

  2. I as well have received a T5 but no Cheque ever arrived. I cannot seem to contact anyone at either Economicla Insurance or Definity Financial Corp. Seems rather fishy to me that no one answers, the website goes to the same place and even the issuer of the Chequers…computershare has on,y one phone number, no names and no other info that is helpful.

  3. I am in the same boat is James and Colleen. I have received two T5’s but have not received a cheque so I am cannot complete (or more so do not want to) my tax returns.

  4. Also received a T5 and have had no cheque. Tried calling the number but it seems to go no where. It took a long time to even figure out what this is supposedly related to. Been very confused by this.
