CozyGoody shoes are a scam. They are not as advertised. The soles are simply soft, formed rubber. Nothing special for plantar fasciitis. They advertise that they are made in America, but they were shipped from China. They did not honor their 100% money back guarantee or “free shipping and returns”. They insultingly offered a 15% refund and pointed out that it would cost “$20 to ship back to store” (which was in China). Stay away from this company.

Cosygoody is a TOTAL SCAM. I bought 2 pairs of shoes. One was perfect, the other was 2 sizes too small, even though I ordered the same size for both.
They REFUSE to take the one pair back for exchange or credit. They offered me a 10% refund and suggested if they don’t fit I should give them to a friend.
They have increased the discount to 15% and now 20%. They say that the cost of shipping the item back will cost $20 which I must pay. Nothing on their return policy says this.
They do not honor their return or refund policy, and do not ship what you order. I recommend you STAY AWAY from this company.
