I ordered a pair of sandals and slippers. They didn't send me the tracking number. I had to download a tracking app just to get the info. Cosylands is supposed to send me that. They responded back 2 days later and said that the package is being sent to the Post Office and said sorry for the inconvenience. Then I tracked it again and noticed it said my package was delivered, but I never received it. I will email them back and ask for a refund. Very unreliable. I wonder if they even sent the package out.
