I’ve had a recent experience with Besoia. Yes, the clothes are fairly good quality and are a good value, when you finally get them.
BAD–so many things. First, they outright lie on their site.
Examples:
1) They claim the garments are made and shipped from Indiana, USA. NOT. When you get the packages, they say Made in China. Also, they are shipped from various locations in the USA; mine came from NY but other reviewers on other sites have gotten them from CA and other states.
2) They claim fast shipping. NOT. It took me 4 weeks to get my shipment. When I tried to cancel it, they said I couldn’t. Their customer service dept didn’t respond for 5 days (the first time) and kept claiming they were working on quality checks. On other review sites, I’ve seen similar times to get their garments, 3-4 weeks is typical.
3) They claim free returns within 30 days. NOT. They say you have to request a return authorization and the return address. Fine, I did that. I ordered 5 tops for $162, and wanted to return 4 of them because the style/color didn’t suit me. They asked me which I wanted to return, and I gave them that info. Then they offered me this deal and asked me to accept it: Keep the tops and we’ll send you $15. BUT they owe me about $125! NOT accepted. Surprise, i haven’t heard back from them. On another review site, another woman was offered the same deal when she tried to return items. She never got her money back either.
So, I’d put these folks in the SCAM category. I was foolish to respond to their ads without more research. I double I’ll ever see my money back.

I have had a very similar experience as Susan’s. I based my decision to buy on the claim that the clothes were made and shipped from Indiana.
The postal label was printed with Chinese characters then a label in English was applied with my address and a return address of New York.
I am disappointed and will only order from know American companies. Hard lesson is learn.

Ordered two items ($87 value). Got notice of shipment on Oct 20 and as of today it still has label created only status at USPS. I emailed them the status of my order and waiting. I may have to have my cc fight for my refund. I saw the charge went through on Oct 21.
UPDATE: I received my items. I got reply from the company failry quick too.
The items are really nice (I was surprised). So I think they are just misrepresenting where their factory is. The told me they have factories in Asia and ship to US warehouses.
The shirt I ordered was very nice (moon crescent) and thick and super soft.
I ordered another 2-piece item and it was also very nice. I was impressed. So I would say go ahead and order, just be patient and know they are made in Asia.
I have not tried to return so I cannot comment on that aspect, but seems like I could get offer for money back without returning the items?

I ordered end of Sept. and now Nov.10 still have not gotten my order, they gave me a tracking # and it is not valid! Also lead you to believe it ships from the US. I HAVE ADKED 2 to 3 times where it comes from and they never answer, very disappointed!,, would not recommend them!

I ordered on October 23 and received email product had shipped ! I hit has been 3 weeks and I have not received anything the usps says it shipped from Grand Prairie! Texas Nov6th and I have not received anything ! No response to from their email!
It took quite awhile to receive my order of two shirts. When they did come, they were very nice. The material was very soft and seemed well made. I did find that they ran a little small on size.

Very disappointed. Took 4 weeks to get my order and when I got it ,it was a completely different top then the one I ordered. Item was not made or shipped from Indiana, it was shipped from CA. My guess it was made and shipped from overseas somewhere. I was going to order more items from them but wanted to wait and see if I received and was pleased with the first order. Needless to say I will not be ordering anything from them again. Beware!
