  1. After reading this, I feel I could have been scammed. I received no email concerning my ordering a BALSAM FIR, 7.5 foot tree…BUT….the money I was charged is gone from my bank account. Perhaps, if the sale was legitimate, you can help me find it.

    • Same thing happened to me. The money was debited from my account immediately and sent to someone with Chinese characters as a name. As soon as the transaction went through I got a phone call from PayPal fraud division. It’s a scam and PayPal is working on getting my money back

  2. I had the same experience as June above. The money was debited immediately and sent to a company in Hong Kong. When I researched the company, I found nothing to suggest it has any connection with Balsam Hill. I guess the saying is true: if it sounds too good to be true, it most likely is. I am going to contact Paypal for help to get my money back.
